Visits can be booked three ways: a stand-alone blowout, a stand-alone scalp treatment, or a combined experience that pairs a scalp treatment with a blowout. Scalp treatments start with a consultation and evaluation of the scalp. For first-time guests the business suggests the Classic treatment with a blowout.
Blowouts are classic round-brush styles with a premium wash, priced by hair length and thickness. Add-ons can be layered onto any scalp treatment, including a thinning-hair treatment, an oily-scalp refresh and a pre-cleanse treatment. Memberships, offered month to month, give discounts on services and products and add a monthly amount to Dome Dollars. The space also includes a self-serve Your Way Refinery Bar where guests can try products and a Polaroid wall.
Groups can book together and stay together through the appointment. Private parties are available for six or more people, with the space reserved for the group, a 10% discount on services and retail during the party, and the option to bring drinks or order a DORA drink from nearby restaurants.
Every treatment and product is selected through research and testing, with the focus on scalp health and long-term hair growth. The business says it is built on kindness, inclusivity and genuine connections.
