The lash menu is organized into four styles: Natural, which applies one extension to each natural lash; Mixed, which blends the Natural and Volume looks; Volume, which uses hand-made lash fans applied to individual natural lashes; and Enhanced Volume, the fullest option the studio offers. A first visit includes a consultation of about 15 minutes before application begins. During that conversation, the technician looks at the length, curl and shape that suit the client and considers the current condition of the natural lashes. A full set usually takes 90 to 120 minutes. The studio uses a low-fume, medical-grade adhesive, and each client receives an aftercare kit after the first appointment. Lash lengths range from 7mm to 18mm, thicknesses from 0.05mm to 0.15mm, and curls include J, B, C, D and D+. The studio says its lash technicians complete training before they work with clients, and the business is certified by NALA. The studios are described as calm, welcoming and spa-like.

Refills are booked by week, counted from the first day of the previous appointment, and are generally recommended every two to three weeks. Each refill depends on how many lashes remain: at least 90% for week one, 70% for week two, 50% for week three and 30% for week four. A client who returns after day 28, or with less than 30% of lashes left, needs a new set. Refill services are for existing clients only. Lashes applied at another salon within the last two to three weeks, with at least half still in place, qualify for new client touch-up pricing. Removal is done at the studio, and clients are asked not to take extensions off themselves.

Scheduling is done by text or email, and a $50 non-refundable deposit secures the appointment and is applied to the service. Rescheduling or cancelling needs 24 hours' notice, or the deposit is forfeited. The studio holds an appointment for 15 minutes for late clients who have notified it, and later arrivals may lose the service or be charged in full. Services and products are non-refundable. Clients with a current reaction to lashes from another salon, or a past reaction to adhesive or lashes, cannot be serviced without written physician permission. Clients are asked to remove contact lenses beforehand and come in without eye makeup. A referral program gives a referrer a $20 eGift card and the new client a $20 discount on the first visit. eGift cards come in set amounts or a custom value and do not expire; gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used at any of the four studios.

Consultations determine the length, curl and shape of each set and take the health of the natural lashes into account.

The studios are calm, welcoming and spa-like.
