Nail services cover gel, hard gel, soft gel, acrylic and Russian gel work, including fills, overlays, full sets, fixes and soak off. Pedicures are waterless, and the studio describes its Russian Gel Pedicure as its signature pedicure. Hard gel is offered for clients who are sensitive to acrylic or who want to grow out their natural nails, and it has to be drilled off rather than soaked off. Acrylic soak off is only done on EMA acrylic; acrylic applied at other salons is not soaked off here.

Booking deposits are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over unless the appointment is canceled within 24 hours. Deposits run $20 for most gel, acrylic, pedicure and combo services, $15 for kids services and stainless steel permanent jewelry, $10 for brow services, and $20 for gold filled permanent jewelry. Clients who miss an appointment without calling cannot book again and lose their deposit. There is a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are 9 AM to 3 PM Monday through Wednesday, 9 AM to 7 PM on Thursday, and 10 AM to 6 PM on Friday. The studio is closed Saturday and Sunday. The booking site lists 161 reviews.
