Dollhouse Lashes offers three full-set styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash. Volume sets use two to six fine extensions fanned onto each lash, and the lashes are handmade during the appointment rather than taken from pre-made clusters or bundles. Mega volume sets use ultra fine extensions, with up to fifteen per fan.

Before it, clients send a passport-style photo so the salon can build a custom lash map. The consultation covers that map, the client's daily routine, the condition of their natural lashes and the look they want. An initial full set should be planned for up to two and a half hours, and clients lie with their eyes closed for at least an hour and a half. Clients are asked to arrive with clean eyes free of makeup, and those who wear contact lenses during long appointments are advised to bring glasses in case they become uncomfortable.

Maintenance fills are recommended every two to three weeks. They remove lifted or grown-out extensions and add new ones in the chosen style. Standard fills take 60 minutes and extended fills take 90 minutes. Returning clients can also book a lash lift, which uses a perming solution to add curl to natural lashes. Results can last up to six weeks and are followed by a deep conditioning treatment for natural lashes. The salon suggests pairing a lift with a lash growth serum or a tint for darker natural lashes.

The salon builds each set around a custom lash map and aims to keep natural lashes in good condition.
