New clients start with a free consultation before any hair service. Clients are asked to bring images of the hairstyles they want to discuss. When booking, clients should list every service they need so enough time can be set aside, and additional services can be added at later visits.

Existing hairstyles must be removed before an appointment, and style removal is booked as its own appointment and charged hourly. Hair extension prices cover the service only. Clients may supply their own hair or have the salon pre-order it, with a deposit required before extension hair is ordered. Hair prices vary widely by hair type.

Policies cover the practical side of a visit: cash and credit cards are accepted but not personal checks, and a $25 deposit is taken from new clients booking a first appointment and applied to that visit. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. A $25 fee applies to appointments not cancelled within that window, and the first-time deposit is kept in that case. Clients more than 15 minutes late may have services shortened or the appointment cancelled or rescheduled, with a $25 late fee when lateness forces a reschedule. Arriving early does not guarantee an earlier start. Guests are welcome only with advance notice because space is limited, and children are allowed only if they are being serviced or approved in advance.

If a client is unhappy with a service, they should call within 48 hours, and the salon says it will try to resolve the concern. The business does not offer refunds.

Consultations come before services for new clients, and timing, deposits and fees are set out clearly in advance.
