DollFace Beauty LLC works mainly on brows, lashes and permanent makeup, with skin services and waxing added to the menu. Brow options range from regular and henna tints in natural shades to brow waxing with a custom color tint and brow lamination. Lash services cover strip lashes, classic, light volume and hybrid, volume, mega volume, lash lifts, wet set lashes, bottom lashes, lash extension removal, and a foreign lash fill.

The permanent makeup menu includes permanent eyeliner, lip blush with neutralization, and Microshade brows. Skin and waxing services include a patch test that the client describes in the booking notes, body waxing, and a Vajacial service that does not include a Brazilian.

Booking works in steps. The artist approves each appointment before the studio address is shared. Most services require a retainer paid in advance, with the remaining balance paid in cash. Retainers can be sent through Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay. They are non-refundable, but can be moved to one other appointment if the client reschedules at least 48 hours ahead. A consultation fee is credited toward a service if the client books afterward.

The studio also runs a Brow Mapping Class. Former students pay a $100 retainer and students of other artists pay a $200 retainer. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $20, $50, $75, $100 or custom amounts, and group gift cards let several people pool money for one recipient.
