Parking is free in the lot directly in front of the salon, and an NJ Transit 463 stop is about a five-minute walk away. Guests are offered complimentary water and tea in the waiting area. Pedicures are done in spa-grade chairs, with hot towels used during services. The space was recently renovated and includes gold-velvet pedicure chairs, crystal chandeliers, a full wall of polish and private VIP rooms.
Hygiene is a stated focus. Metal tools are autoclaved after every client and kept in sealed pouches, which are opened in front of the guest at the seat. Buffers, files, liners and orangewood sticks are single-use and new for each guest. The salon describes its autoclave as medical-grade and says it has been featured in SJ Magazine. According to the salon, most of its chairs are filled by regular clients.
Appointments can be booked through Vagaro online or by phone. Changes or cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice carry no fee, whereas cancelling on the day or missing an appointment may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be offered a shorter service or asked to rebook. Every service is final sale: any concern should be brought to management before leaving, with requests for adjustment made within three days. Listed prices are starting points, and technicians check with guests before adding any extras. Opening hours run Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Gratuities can be added by card at checkout or placed in the tip jar as cash. Groups of up to eight can be hosted, with timing and menus arranged by email or phone.
