Concierge primary care membership is $225 per month, billed annually. Members get extended visits, same or next day appointments, in-office lab testing, virtual visits and referral coordination, plus body composition analysis at every appointment, four monthly med spa credits, two annual IV therapies and member pricing on advanced treatments. When both parents are members, children are included at no added cost. The membership fee covers non-medical services and is not covered by insurance. The practice accepts PPO, Medicare and most EPO plans and bills insurance for office visits and procedures, does not currently enroll HMO plans, and accepts cash for visits and in-office labs.

IV visits begin with a brief consultation with the in-house physician, and registered nurses administer the infusion, which usually runs 30 to 45 minutes. IV drips use a lactated Ringer's base, with a Myer's blend of vitamins and minerals added at no extra cost. Hydration Saline is $99 and most IV blends are $225, with Super Immune Boost at $275. NAD+ options range from a 50 mg IM shot at $65 to 750 mg infusions, which typically take two to three hours and are often given as a three-infusion regimen over seven days. Vitamin injections of B complex, biotin, Brain Boost, CoQ10, LipoLean and Skinny Shot are $55 each, and are given by a registered nurse in a few minutes.

The in-office laboratory is CLIA-certified and newly opened. Lab test appointments usually last about 10 minutes, a phlebotomist or registered nurse draws the blood, and a follow-up with a physician to review results is included. Lab packages run from $150 for Semaglutide Labs to $1,250 for the Galleri Cancer Test and are grouped by goals such as anti-aging, metabolic health, energy and immunity.

The dermatology division is led by Lilly Sanguedolce, PA-C, and covers medical and surgical dermatology, skin cancer care, acne care and cosmetic dermatology. Offerings include Botox Bar, Dermal Bar, biostimulators, Exion Clear laser RF microneedling and Hair Restoration & Scalp Revitalization, which combines exosome therapy, PRP and RF microneedling. The medical spa offers EMSculpt Neo body contouring, Exion Clear RF, red light therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, compression, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and body composition analysis. Regenerative services include stem cell therapy and exosome therapy.

Programs include a physician-guided medical weight loss program using peptide therapy with Semaglutide or Tirzepatide, along with lifestyle, nutrition and long-term weight control guidance, offered without surgery. The hormone optimization program starts with a Male or Female Hormone Panel and can include bio-identical pellets, prescription pills, creams, injectables and clomiphene. The Executive Physical is a three-step program covering an executive physical with advanced biomarkers, genetic insights and full-body imaging, joining concierge primary care, and a customized wellness plan. Medical spa memberships are Signature at $199 per month with 8 credits, Platinum at $299 per month with 15 credits, and The Ritual at $325 per month with 31 credits.
