Visits to the practice usually start with a consultation, which may include an exam and X-rays that check gum and bone health before any treatment. Restorative work follows a personalized treatment plan. The practice says it uses high-quality materials and advanced techniques to help restorations last. Services are grouped into general, restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and TMJ and pain treatments, and the practice also offers emergency appointments for cracked, broken or missing teeth, painful toothaches, bleeding or swelling, and damaged crowns and fillings. Patients call the office to book an emergency visit. Specialized care is referred to local endodontists and oral surgeons.
Cost is handled through three yearly memberships: $329 for children, $399 for adults, and $549 for the PERIO plan, which allows up to four cleanings a year. Each membership includes routine exams, yearly X-rays, an emergency exam and fluoride treatment, and members receive an extra 15% off fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, clear aligners, extractions, dentures and partials, and whitening. Patients can also use in-house payment plans, the RepeatMD app for splitting high-cost treatments such as braces or dentures into monthly payments, or Cherry, which offers a 6-week 0% interest plan to approved patients along with 3-, 6- or 12-month plans. The office accepts some major insurance plans and submits claims to insurance companies regardless of network status, and it will provide a full list of accepted plans on request.
Appointments can be booked online. The office is open Monday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Wednesday from 7:30am to 4:30pm, and Thursday from 7:00am to 2:00pm. It is closed on Tuesdays, and Fridays are by appointment only. For each new patient, the practice donates a bag of food and supplies to South Charlotte Dog Rescue.
