Brow services start with a waxed sculpt, where the appointment opens with a talk about the shape you want, any brow concerns and your goals. Other options include manual tweezing with trimming, eyebrow henna that gives a shadow similar to brow pencil in a light or dark shade and lasts about two weeks with aftercare, eyebrow lamination, and microshading powder brows, which are done across two sessions with a $200 deposit.

The lash menu includes new sets in natural, light volume, full and volume styles, plus a canvas set in which you choose natural or light volume and the lash artist chooses the rest. Fills and refills are offered on two, three and four week schedules. Anyone with existing extensions needs a separate removal booked before the lash appointment, and a patch test can be booked to check for a reaction to the lash glue at least 24 hours ahead. A lift and perm service lifts natural lashes and is listed as lasting about six to eight weeks with no aftercare needed.

The waxing menu runs from quick areas such as lip, chin and sideburns to half and full leg, half and full back, and full body. Hard wax is used only for Brazilian and bikini work. Brazilian options include a chilled organic aloe version and a version with a hydro jelly mask, where the mask and serum are chosen for your skin. The business says its aftercare for that mask soothes redness and is naturally antimicrobial. The full body wax (V) covers the Brazilian, full leg, full arm and underarm, with added charges for the back and belly, and the face is not included.

Lash appointments require a card on file that is not charged before the visit. Cancellations with less than two hours notice, or no-shows, are charged 40% of the service to that card. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes. The shop sells lash trays in several curl and thickness options, Holy Cow Glue and an ebook for lash technicians. Shop items are processed within two business days, and unopened items can be returned within 30 days.

Brow work begins with a discussion of the shape and goals before any waxing, and lash and waxing menus spell out timing, aftercare and deposit rules.
