Hali Owens and Elaine Burrows founded the salon after noticing a For Lease sign in Old Town Sherwood. They signed the lease, and the salon opened about seven weeks later. The salon is built around booth rental. Stylists are independent, and those who book a booth get full access to Schwarzkopf professional color and lightener, billed with their monthly rent.
