Many services need a consultation before booking. This includes Kybella, lip augmentation for people who have had lip filler from another injector, and tear trough treatment for people who have ever had undereye filler. Most services require a non-refundable appointment deposit that secures the date and time and is typically credited toward the service. Clients review and sign a cancellation policy by email, and the appointment is not final until that is done, so travel should wait until then.

Prices depend on the injector. Starting prices with Dr. Dulce Mascarinas are generally higher than with other injectors, for example Skinvive per syringe, nasolabial fold filler and cheek augmentation. Signature packages must be completed at a single appointment and cannot be carried over to a later visit. Out-of-town patients can book a video consultation for $75 or a photo evaluation follow-up for $30; both fees are non-refundable and do not apply to future procedures.
