Lash extensions range from classic and natural volume sets to hybrid, anime, wispy volume and volume styles. A refill is offered two weeks after a fill at half the price of the total, and lash removal is available separately. Facials include an acne treatment, an anti-aging facial, carbon oxygen bubble deep cleaning, a CLENZIderm treatment, ear candling with lymphatic detoxification care, and essential oil head care. Permanent makeup appointments are followed by touch-ups due six to eighteen weeks after the original service.
The studio is open every day of the week, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Each appointment requires a $100 deposit, and that deposit is never refunded. A missed visit without 24 hours' notice is recorded as a no-show, and guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late are asked to book a new time. DM Touch Academy runs an in-person permanent makeup course that spans five days and totals 100 hours of instruction in eyebrows, eyeliner and lips. Tuition is $4,800, which includes equipment and materials. The Division of Private Business and Vocational Schools, part of the Illinois Board of Higher Education, has given the program its approval. The academy holds no accreditation from any accrediting body recognized by the US Department of Education. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent and must be at least 18 years old.
