Every visit starts with a thorough consultation. When it is needed, a skin evaluation follows with a dermatologist or a dermatology nurse practitioner, and the plan is built around the individual. The clinic says its medical aesthetic providers treat all skin types, including skin of color. Aesthetics consultations run 40 minutes and cost $100, a laser consult before a laser procedure costs $150, and most skin treatment appointments take about 30 to 60 minutes depending on the peel and the person.

The medical side covers dermatology conditions including acne, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (eczema), rosacea, melasma, hyperpigmentation, scarring, sun damage, excessive sweating and hair thinning. Skin exams include full-body checks and skin cancer screening with melanoma screening, and cancer management includes minimally invasive dermatology surgery. Treatment options for actinic keratosis and other precancerous lesions depend on the case and can include topical therapies, laser, cryotherapy and photodynamic therapy. The acne program combines in-office treatments, prescriptions when needed (including Accutane), and a home care routine, and it is run by a board certified dermatologist, a dermatology nurse practitioner and a dermatology aesthetician.

Aesthetic care includes neuromodulators such as Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin and Dysport, and dermal fillers from Juvederm, Restylane and Merz for cheeks, lips, areas around the nose and mouth, under-eye hollows, and chin and jawline. Filler results are listed as lasting roughly 6 to 18 months depending on the product and area. Other offerings include skin treatments such as BioRepeel, Glow Peel and Pure Peel, microneedling with SkinPen and Sylfirm X devices, and laser options including AdvaTX, ClearTX, BrightTX, Fire and Ice, and a fractional CO2 Alma Hybrid laser. The clinic also offers The Aesthetic Elites, a concierge membership with two monthly tiers. The Platinum is $150 a month and gives 10% off signature, injectable and skin wellness treatments and products, plus neuromodulator and Skin Rx specialty pricing. The Legacy is $250 a month, gives 15% off the same categories, and includes an annual private event. Membership can be combined with current promotions, manufacturer rewards and referral rewards.

The wellness center focuses on preventive care, recovery and long-term well-being, with services that may include nutritional guidance and treatments tailored to the individual. IV drip options include Immunity, Hydration, Energy, Detox and Skin Glow, and IV therapy is customized after a consultation about health goals. New patients can book a wellness evaluation. Vitamin injections such as Lipo C and AminoB+ are for established patients only. Insurance may apply to some wellness services. Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit, and gift cards come in $25, $50, $100, $200 or a custom amount. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations.
