Services are grouped into hair cutting, blow-drying, color, senior color and treatments. Cuts are priced by stylist level, from Top Stylist up to Creative Director. Color appointments are personalized, and bleach and tone, corrective color, balayage and extension installment are priced after a consultation, as is an up-style.

Smoothing services suit all hair types. Options include Keratin Express Blow Outs, Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatments, Davine's Tailored Treatments and color shine and enhancers.

Booking requires a $50 minimum deposit, which is deducted from the appointment total on the day of service. Cancellations are preferred 48 hours ahead, with 24 hours as the minimum. Missing that window or not showing up means losing the deposit and owing the full service. Arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, after which services may be shortened, delayed or rescheduled based on stylist availability. Email or text reminders go out 24 hours before the appointment.

The salon says it combines skilled staff with current technology to tailor a look to each client.
