Denise L works with clients planning for a special occasion as well as those booking regular self-care appointments. The studio is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. Brazilian waxes booked on Thursdays have their own lower price.
Booking has a few policies to know. First-time clients pay a non-refundable 20% deposit to hold an appointment, and that amount is credited toward the service total on the day. Some services ask new clients for a smaller deposit of $8 to $20. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or changes made inside 24 hours are charged a 50% cancellation fee. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and they are final sale.
