The menu covers cutting and styling, including haircuts for kids and men, thermal styling, wash and style, and updos for special occasions. Color services range from brow tinting, glazes and toners to balayage, partial and full foils, baby lights, shadow roots and corrective color. Treatments include clarifying and deep conditioning options, Olaplex, perms and Keratin Complex smoothing, and facial waxing is offered for brows, lip, chin and nose.

Hand tied extensions use beads and the client's own hair to create a track on the scalp, onto which sewn-on wefts are attached. Hair is typically replaced about every nine months, and individual wefts can be swapped without replacing everything. Maintenance is suggested every six to eight weeks. The studio says these extensions allow ponytails and braids and have no product restrictions, though leave-in conditioners and oil products are recommended, and they can be worn while swimming with products used to guard against salt and minerals.

Services are priced by time at $112 per hour plus the cost of product, charged in 15-minute increments. The booking site lists prices after a 10% online discount, for example a Haircut at $75.60 and Balayage Full at $201.60. The first IBE appointment is stated to require an investment of $1,200 to $3,500, covering hair, needed color, blending and a welcome product gift, and a 50% deposit is required to schedule the in-salon service. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and deposits are non-refundable for late changes or missed appointments. Payment is accepted by cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Buy Now Pay Later. The studio is open Monday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and is closed Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
