The salon's stated mission is to make sure each client's hair feels like their own.
The salon serves all hair types and textures, regardless of ethnicity or cultural background. Its service menu covers shampoo and style, cuts, full and partial color with highlights and lowlights, hair extensions by the track or full head, silk press and keratin treatments, relaxers and permanent curls, box braids and crochet braids, and dreadlock starts and re-twists. Children aged 2 to 8 can book their own cut and style or shampoo and style.
Every service includes shampoo and conditioning, and a deep conditioning treatment can be added for $10. Clients who want privacy during their appointment can use a private area. The salon describes its atmosphere as calm and comfortable. It is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11am to 7pm, and all listed prices are starting prices.
