Hair work is the core of the menu. Ladies can book braids in several sizes, including box braids, knotless braids and Goddess braids, along with feed-ins, sew-ins, crochet, quickweaves, silk presses, finger waves and faux locs. Natural hair clients can choose real-hair braids, two-strand twists, retwists, loc styling and starter locs, and there are lace frontal wig applications for wig clients. Kids and men have their own cuts and styles, and the Divine Touch menu adds strip and cluster lash services, a facial, a facial with a hair removal tailor service, and makeup. A four-hour-plus one-on-one coaching session called Learn Anything I Do is also listed.

Booking has a few steps. Clients are asked to speak with the stylist before booking. A $25 deposit is required, payable by cash, Cash App or Apple Pay, and an appointment is not secured until the payment notification arrives. Text messages are accepted once a booking confirmation has come through. Free booking slots run Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and appointments outside those hours carry a $100 squeeze-in fee. A $25 late fee applies when a client arrives late, while the business deducts $25 from the service price when the stylist is late. If a booked service does not include a wash, a $35 charge for wash and blow dry applies.
