The studio is on the upper level of Artistic Edge Salon and Spa. Clients enter through the middle front door, which is labeled c/d, and go up the stairs, where a client waiting room and restroom are straight ahead. Parking is in the lot across from the building or on the street.

Appointments are booked online through the website. Clients are asked to complete all waivers and forms before they arrive, and to come a few minutes early to use the restroom and settle in for consultation. Fee details are included in the waiver and consultation form sent ahead of the visit. A credit or debit card is needed to hold a booking and is charged only if the appointment is cancelled. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show and the appointment is rescheduled, and a missed appointment without any contact is also recorded as a no-show.

For services that involve undressing, the appointment includes 5 minutes to undress at the start and 5 minutes to dress again at the end.

The studio is open Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Sundays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and is closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Cash, card and Apple Pay are preferred, and Zelle and Venmo are also accepted.
