Each facial opens with a consultation and a skin assessment, so the treatment is built around the individual client rather than a standard sequence. Facials can target breakouts, lack of moisture, reactive skin, rough or patchy texture, uneven complexion, a dull look, and signs of aging that show on the surface. Every visit includes a skin analysis and guidance on care at home. Dermalogica products are chosen and layered according to each client's skin during the appointment. The studio describes its facials as focused on results.

The menu includes The Divine Signature, a classic European-style facial, and Smooth, which centers on dermaplaning and is not recommended for active breakouts or active inflamed acne. Clear is a 75-minute corrective facial for congested, oily and breakout-prone skin that can include hydrodermabrasion when appropriate, extractions as needed, high frequency and blue LED light therapy. Other facials include Back to Clear, Customized, Polished, Renew, The Angel's Lift and Timeless. Add-on treatments can be combined with a facial.

Treatment is planned around the individual's skin, with a stated reason behind each recommendation and attention to the surface and the skin beneath it.
