Divine Organic presents itself as a non-toxic, organic nail salon that pays attention to nail health as well as appearance. Its nail products are described as vegan and organic, and it carries several named brands, including Dazzle Dry, SNS Dipping Powder, Zoya, CND Shellac, Chanel, OPI and Essie. UV gel and acrylic services are not offered to new clients.
Gel and nail services include protective steps. Collagen gloves or socks are provided during gel work to shield skin from UV light, which the salon says blocks 99% of UV, and a non-toxic remover is used so nails and skin are not dried out. SNS powder is poured into a fresh container for each client and leftover powder is discarded. Tools are disposable for single use, and autoclave sterilization pouches with a color indicator are used. Non-acetone remover is available on request. Pedi-In-A-Box single-use pedicure packs are prepared individually for each customer.
Prices are not published, so clients are asked to call for a quote. The salon says it does not compete on price and focuses on high-quality products and services. It notes that clients who get nail services year-round may pay less overall than at a traditional nail salon because of specials and promotions. A student special is offered. Promotions cannot be combined, including those bought from third parties and manicure and pedicure combos. Gift certificates are available with a $25 minimum.
