The Senior Concierge menu covers on-site salon days, in-home beauty visits and companion trips to the salon. Haircuts, washes, blow dries, roller sets, flat iron or curl styling, color root touch-ups and all-over color are listed with starting prices. On-site salon days need at least six residents on the same service day or $150 in scheduled services, and carry a $25 on-site fee plus a possible travel fee.
Wedding and bridal work includes bridal trials, day-of styling, bridal party styling and destination weddings. A bridal trial is a separate paid service and is not credited toward the wedding-day booking. Bridal quotes are provided in writing and depend on party size, date, location and the chosen styles, and inquiries receive a reply within one to two business days.
Through Kulture Cares, the salon partners to provide hair care for children in foster care, on-site at homes or facilities. Visits need at least six children on the same service day, with up to six styled at a time, and a travel fee of $10 to $30 is confirmed before booking. The salon does not photograph children or record their full names, and keeps records private.
The salon also runs Ponytail Partnerships, which supply competition ponytails to cheer, dance and sport teams, stylists and boutiques. Prices shown online are starting prices; the final cost depends on length, density, texture and hair condition and is confirmed before service.
