The facial menu is the core of the business. A customized facial in the 60- or 90-minute length begins with a consultation and skin evaluation by a skin care expert, then moves through cleansing, toning, exfoliation, masks, hydration and protection, and finishes with massage of the face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice carry a 50% fee up to $50, and rescheduling on short notice is $20. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Members receive a free monthly dermaplane, microdermabrasion or LED add-on at the Lux and Diamond levels.
