Every service provider and support staff member works within an Entry, Junior or Master level, and the team has access to both in-salon and out-of-salon education.

Pricing follows those levels. Prices rise slightly as a stylist moves up, and menus show a price range for most services so clients can choose a level that suits their budget. Prices may change without notice, and precision cuts can carry extra charges for hair thickness or length.

A visit begins with a consultation in which the client shares hair history, goals, current products and budget, and the stylist and client agree on a plan. Each consultation and service can run anywhere from 30 minutes to four hours. Guests are offered snacks, bottled water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate, with magazines in the seating area, and clients aged 21 and over can choose a glass of wine, champagne or a specialty cocktail. A photo after the visit is optional, and stylists recommend products for each client's hair type at the end.

Color is a major focus, with foilayage and balayage in mini, partial and full sizes, foil highlighting, color melt, double process and root touch-ups. A sensitive formula is available for root touch-ups for an additional fee. Texturizing includes permanent waves, relaxers, American waves and keratin treatments, and the salon notes that keratin results can last from six weeks to five months depending on care. Polished finishes range from formal updos to a bridal updo, and a flat iron or curl can be added for $10.

Clients do not need to check in at a front desk, since staff greet them on arrival. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or a 50% fee of the scheduled service applies, and a credit card may be kept on file to cover that and no-call, no-show charges. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may lose the appointment. Children should come along only if they are booked for a service, and pets are not permitted. No refunds are given for services, but the salon will make adjustments for dissatisfaction reported within two weeks.

The salon works from a tier-based system and a consultation-first visit, where the stylist and client settle on a plan before any service begins.
