Each unit is custom-made from a mold of the client's head and uses a material meant to keep it in place during activity such as running or swimming. Units can be made in a range of colors, looks and styles, and the collections are grouped by length and style: Short & Sweet for pixies and shorter styles under 12 inches, Locs & Braids, and Luxurious & Long for lengths over 12 inches. The business works with a client's physician or dermatologist, helps with the insurance process, and suggests other hair loss options when insurance does not cover a prosthesis.
