The business has about 300 artists nationwide. Colorado artists serve Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Breckenridge, Vail, Beavercreek, Aspen and surrounding areas, and makeup artists are based in or serve Denver, Boulder, Breckenridge, Sedona, Phoenix and South Florida.

The business was built by its founder in South Florida and later expanded to Arizona and then Colorado, with artists chosen personally in each new state. The team's bridal work covers looks for different cultures and a range of skin tones.

A visit is usually on-location: artists travel to the client's home, venue or hotel for day-of services. Some artists work from salons or studios, while others are mobile only, so the trial location depends on the artist. Trials can be booked before the wedding day, and the business notes that trials are not offered Friday through Sunday during busy seasons.

Booking requires a signed contract and a 40% non-refundable deposit of the overall services. A trial booked before the contract and deposit is paid with a 40% deposit and must take place right away, and day-of services are not guaranteed without it. Clients are advised to book six to 12 months ahead, and shorter requests are accommodated based on availability. Travel fees vary by state and are based on mileage and driving time, and when lodging is needed the travel fee is added to lodging costs.

Elopements and microweddings, where only the bride receives services, are available Monday through Thursday. When more than the bride is booked, each artist has a six-service minimum, which can be booked on any day of the week.

Bridal looks are planned around each client, with a range of cultural traditions and skin tones in mind, and trials are offered before the wedding day to plan the look.
