The facial menu has four options. The Go & Glow Express facial takes 45 minutes and includes a double cleanse, exfoliation with extraction, a mask and a light massage. Dermaplaning takes one hour and ten minutes and removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair from the skin's surface. The Extractions Galore Facial runs one hour and thirty minutes and combines exfoliation, an oil-control mask and high frequency treatment.

Vajacials are offered on their own or paired with a Brazilian wax. The ingrown-only vajacial takes 30 minutes and includes a double cleanse with steam, exfoliation, an ingrown serum and a hydro jelly mask, without waxing. The combined ingrown treatment and wax takes 50 minutes and can include optional steam. For clients new to waxing, the Patient Brazilian is a 40-minute service with breaks allowed between strips.

Some services come with screening and preparation requests. Clients are asked not to have taken medications such as accutane within the past year before waxing, and not to have taken antibiotics in the two weeks before lip waxing and certain other waxes. Eyebrow lamination is not offered to clients using accutane, BHA or AHA products. Waxing works best when hair is about a quarter inch long, roughly the size of a grain of rice. The business also sells ingrown pads and ingrown oil for home care.

Services are paired with pre-appointment screening for recent medications and antibiotics, and clients are given hair-length guidance before waxing.
