Lash appointments start with a complimentary consultation, and the owner aims to answer every question before the appointment. Classic extensions are placed one extension to one natural lash, while Classic Plus uses a one-to-two ratio. Hybrid sets combine Russian Volume fans with classic extensions. Russian Volume fans are handmade and applied at ratios from one to five up to one to ten. Mega Volume Glam uses thinner, lighter extensions, with lengths and curl types customized for each client. Touch-ups are recommended every two to three weeks, and infills are offered at one, two, and three week intervals. Lashes applied by another salon or lash artist are not infilled; those clients can have them removed and a full set applied instead.

Hair removal is handled through sugaring and waxing. Sugaring is the technique used for removal, while waxing is offered where longer-lasting results are wanted. Waxing needs hair at least a quarter inch long, and maintenance services must be booked within five weeks of the previous appointment. Gentlemen's grooming covers brows, underarms, arms, chest, back, legs, and several areas of intimate grooming.

The studio requires a 50 percent non-refundable deposit for services priced at $50 or more, paid through the booking site and Square. Deposits are not required for infill appointments. Appointments are canceled if the deposit is not paid within 24 hours. Cancellations or changes made six hours or less before an appointment, and no-shows, are charged the full cost to the card on file. Cancellations must be made and confirmed by phone, and refunds are not offered. Appointments are confirmed 48, 23, and 12 hours ahead. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and guests who are unwell are asked to stay home and rebook.

The studio also offers an advanced Brazilian speedwax bootcamp for beauty professionals who already hold waxing training and licensing.

The studio focuses on client safety and on meeting each client's lash or waxing goals, starting with thorough consultations.
