Appointments hold a 15-minute grace period; arrivals after that may have services shortened or be moved to another time. Gel polish and enhancements carry a 5-day guarantee that excludes breakage, with repairs at no charge within that window when booked within 3 days of service. Regular polish has no guarantee, though a fix is available within 48 hours when the appointment was booked within 2 days. Repairs requested after 5 days, or breakage reported without prior notice, cost $10 or more. Service concerns must be raised within 3 days. Once a service is finished, refunds are not issued, and every sale is final. Video cameras record continuously in public areas. The salon may photograph nail designs for its social media gallery, unless a client asks their technician not to feature their work.
