The studio's main focus is braiding with a low-tension method, gentle and patient care from consultation through take-down, and premium braiding hair. Knotless braids are the most-booked style: the stylist starts with natural hair and feeds in braiding hair gradually, with no knot at the root. Session lengths run about 6 to 8 hours for small knotless braids, 4 to 6 hours for medium, and 2 to 4 hours for large or jumbo.

Before a visit, hair should arrive clean, blown out, and detangled; a hair wash and blow-dry can be added on. Booking requires a $30 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the final total, and changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be shortened or moved. The full balance is due at the end of the appointment, and cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and major cards are accepted.

The studio lists a wide range of styles and starting prices, with sizes and lengths priced separately. Most braid styles last about 6 to 8 weeks with proper care, and touch-ups or take-down are recommended around the seven-week mark.
