Mobile requests are made by email with a name, address, two or three preferred dates and times, the services wanted, and a photo of the set-up area.

Booking works on a retainer. A non-refundable retainer of 40 percent of the service total is taken for every appointment and applied to the cost. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours ahead forfeit the retainer, while rescheduling more than 24 hours ahead is free. Rescheduling inside 24 hours forfeits the retainer and requires a new one. Paid-in-full bookings follow the same rules, with cancellations more than 24 hours out eligible for a credit minus the retainer, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeiting half the total. Credits must be used within 30 days unless approved otherwise.

Package sessions can be moved without penalty when canceled more than 8 hours ahead. Cancellations inside 8 hours or no-shows forfeit the session. Clients who often cancel at the last minute or miss appointments may be asked to prepay in full or may be restricted from booking. Clients arriving late have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment is canceled.

Fees apply to after-hours and same-day work. Appointments after 6 PM on Thursday and Friday, and after 3 PM on Saturday, carry a $40 fee. Emergency Sunday appointments carry a $65 fee. After-hour and same-day slots are not guaranteed, must be requested by phone, and require upfront payment, with a 10-minute grace period.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card through Square, cash, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Email and text replies may take 24 to 48 hours.

Every facial starts with a free consultation, and facial services are declined when a skin condition is beyond the esthetician's expertise. Clients who do not want to be photographed or recorded are asked to say so.
