Every visit starts with a free consultation of roughly 30 to 45 minutes, where options, expected downtime and pricing are discussed. Exact pricing is set once the provider has determined which treatment is appropriate, and a fuller assessment comes before any customized plan is built.
Physicians personally perform the medical and invasive procedures and do not hand advanced work to technicians. Medical facials are performed by the practice's medical esthetician, Denise Plata-Reyes. Technology is chosen for each patient rather than by default, and skin-health and anti-aging plans can combine several treatments.
The menu covers Potenza RF microneedling, fractional laser resurfacing including ResurFX, IPL photofacials, LaseMD Ultra, GlowWorks, neuromodulators such as Botox and Jeuveau, Hairworks hair restoration, a physician-directed Custom Acne Program and laser tattoo removal. Clients can pay now, choose installment arrangements for eligible plans, or use a pay later financing option.
Laser tattoo removal is provided through ZAP That TATT, a business founded by Dr. Paul Horowitz, using Q-switched Nd:YAG and ruby lasers for tattoos of most colors and skin types. Complete removal cannot be guaranteed and the number of sessions depends on the tattoo. The practice maintains before-and-after galleries for several of its treatments.
Care is patient-centered and deliberately unhurried rather than production-style, with physician-led treatment and technology selected for each individual.
