Color and blonde work make up a large part of the menu. Single process color, which the salon notes is suited to gray coverage or root retouch and includes a wash and blow-dry, starts at $70, while color correction is priced after a consultation. Blonde services use a bhave keratin lightener. Balayage is a hand-painted highlighting method with a soft grow-out, foilayage blends balayage with traditional foils for more vivid color, and partial and full foils are also offered. Extra charges apply for full color, toner, root shadow and color melt.

Haircuts are another focus. A dry cut is shaped on clean, dry hair to suit the client's head shape, texture and growth pattern, and takes about an hour and a half after a consultation. The salon suggests rebooking dry cuts every three to four months and asks clients to arrive with clean, dry hair and no product. Curly-haired clients can book the Embrace Your Curls / Wash n' Go session, an educational visit covering a clarifying wash, conditioning and a diffused blow-dry at home. Treatments include a 15-minute deep conditioning under heat lamps, the Dirty Detox for buildup from well water, chlorine, air pollution and products, and the bhave Rescue treatment for severely damaged hair, which needs no cutting.

Booking terms: cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice, and a card on file is needed for no-shows. Late cancellations and future no-shows carry a $50 fee. Gift certificates and eGift cards are available, though eGift cards only cover services with the named stylist and cannot be used on retail. Lightly used retail products can be returned within seven days for in-salon credit. Service concerns must be raised within three days, and adjustments are made at no cost in that window; services are not refunded in cash.
