Street parking is metered along K Street and nearby blocks, with a few lots close by, and local bus routes serve the area with a short ride from light rail.

The studio has a bright, retro look with disco music and bird-themed details, along with a pink bathroom that clients often photograph. Clients are draped during Brazilian waxing so that only the area being done is uncovered. The studio says every body and every identity is welcome, and clients travel in from Midtown, East Sacramento, Downtown, Land Park, Roseville, Folsom, Elk Grove and Natomas.

New clients start with a consultation before their appointment. According to the salon, its technique is meant to keep discomfort low, and it uses hard wax for Brazilian and bikini services. The salon considers waxing during a menstrual period safe and asks clients to arrive with, or wear, a fresh tampon or menstrual cup. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM; the studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Each visit begins with a screening for contraindications, and the studio follows a strict no-double-dipping rule during waxing.
