The menu is organized into fill-ins and full sets in three lengths, manicures, pedicures, combined set and pedicure packages, nail repair and soak-off services, and a kids and teens group. Full sets run about 80 to 90 minutes. Pedicures range from a basic gel-polish option to a longer VIP service with a mud mask, paraffin wax, a hot stone massage and gel polish. The VIP service takes 80 minutes and requires a $20 deposit from new clients.

Nail art is available as add-ons, including basic, complex and intricate designs, French tips, airbrush ombre and aura applied to all nails, charms, junk nails, bling, and toe designs where clients bring a picture for the nail tech to follow. Classic lash extension fills and full sets are also offered alongside the nail services.

The salon accepts payments and offers house calls. Cancellations and no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged a 90% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, and gift cards are sold.

The salon also offers one-on-one nail and design training priced from $350, which includes a nail kit and has three training options.
