Classic extensions are placed one per natural lash and never touch the skin. Volume and hybrid sets take about two hours, with hybrid blending classic and volume for a slightly fuller look than classic alone. Mega volume sets use several extensions on each natural lash and take about two and a half hours. Wet look and wispy sets take about two hours, and wispy styles mix lengths and curls to suit either a full dramatic look or a light, natural one.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup. Refill visits begin with a complimentary lash bath, and fills are recommended every two to three weeks. A refill postponed beyond four weeks is charged as a full set instead of a fill. Clients who already have lashes from another salon can book a foreign fill.

Keratin lash lifts use Ellebana products, and a lift with tint is also offered, including a deep lash cleansing at no extra charge. Lift results usually last about four to six weeks, varying by person, and tinting uses semi-permanent dye that can last up to five to six weeks. Extension removal uses a non-irritating cream left on for about 10 to 15 minutes, followed by a deep lash wash. The studio advises against removing extensions at home, saying it can damage natural lashes.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm. It also runs an eight-hour lash training course, starting at $2,000, which it describes as leading to certification as a lash artist. Training can be paid by deposit, installment plan or in full.

The studio aims to achieve the lash look a client wants without damaging natural lashes.
