A visit starts with a free consultation, which can be booked online or by phone. The menu is organized into groups. Ongoing care is available through three monthly memberships: Teen Club at $150, Silver Club at $199 and Gold Club at $359. Teen Club includes teen-specific treatments, a monthly complimentary service allocation and member discounts on in-office products, and it requires its own account with a separate email and phone number. Silver Club adds priority scheduling, access to the core treatment menu and member pricing. Gold Club adds access to all specialty treatments, extra monthly complimentary services, priority booking, and access to Profound, PRP and specialty microneedling.

Membership terms are detailed. Unused complimentary services expire at month-end and do not roll over. Memberships are non-transferable and apply to the enrolled member only, and they are valid at all DiNova locations. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, and they apply to in-office and shipped products rather than the online store. Services are not provided while dues are overdue, and a $50 fee applies to reactivate a cancelled or suspended membership. Cancellation is only accepted after the six-month minimum, must be requested in writing by the 15th of the month, and is confirmed within 48 business hours. Members who cancel early owe the remaining balance for the full commitment period and are charged full retail price for discounted services received. The clinic reserves the right to change membership policies and pricing without notice.

The online shop sells skincare, including SkinCeuticals products such as the A.G.E. Advanced Eye treatment for dark circles, a C E Ferulic serum with 15% L-ascorbic acid, a Hydrating B5 Gel and a Soothing Cleanser.
