The menu is built around blowouts. A standard blowout includes shampoo, conditioner, blow-dry and styling with a flat iron or curling iron, and takes 45 minutes. Upgraded versions add a scalp scrub, shine or color gloss, a collagen protein treatment, a scalp detox, a massage, or Olaplex or Briogeo products, with visits running from 60 to 90 minutes. Prepaid packs of 3 to 20 blowouts bring the per-visit price down, with the 8 pack priced at $300 and the 20 pack at $750. Three monthly memberships offer set numbers of blowouts plus perks such as add-on discounts and a birthday blowout.
Color and haircut services include full color, root touch-ups for grey coverage, full and partial highlights, a face-frame accent highlight and hand-painted balayage with two glazes and a conditioning treatment. Keratin treatments come in three forms: an express hairline-only touch-up for frizz, an express full treatment that the salon lists as lasting 6 to 8 weeks, and a full keratin treatment listed at about 3 to 4 months.
A 50% fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be serviced, and the same fee applies, and no-shows are charged the full service price. The salon says it may still accommodate appointments after a late arrival or cancellation, depending on the schedule. Hours are Monday 8 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 8 AM to 7 PM, Friday 8 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays.
