A visit usually begins with a free 30-minute consultation and patch test. Sessions are then planned around the client, with a short consultation to choose a look that fits. Full sets take about 135 to 150 minutes and fills about 120 minutes, depending on the style. Lash sessions take place on leather recliners with heat and massage features rather than on lash beds or tables.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice by phone, and a cancellation inside that window forfeits the deposit. Clients who arrive 30 minutes or more late must reschedule. Concerns about lashes must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment, and the salon does not offer refunds. Clients are asked to skip face moisturizer the night before or the day of an appointment, and to come without makeup or contact lenses. Emergencies are reviewed case by case if the salon is contacted as soon as possible.

Extensions are offered as an everyday polished look that cuts down on daily makeup time, with each set planned around the individual client.

Sessions are done in leather recliners with heat and massage features.
