The 900-hour program is approved by the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology and is designed for people new to esthetics. Coursework covers skin science, ingredient knowledge, infection control, client consultation, and Nevada laws and scope of practice. Students are trained in the Dermodality SKNditioning System, which focuses on strengthening and protecting the skin barrier. Graduates receive a Post-Grad Kit with professional products and tools for their own treatment room, may be able to rent a room at a neighboring wellness spa after finishing their hours, and have ongoing access to workshops, refreshers and updated techniques.

Licensed estheticians who need more hours to qualify as Nevada-licensed Advanced Estheticians can enroll in the Advanced Licensure Program. Coursework covers advanced facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, RF microneedling, LED light therapy, body contouring and skin tightening. Hours completed at approved schools in Nevada or other states may be credited toward the program, subject to what the state board allows. Separately, the Preparing Instructors for Leadership program is for experienced practitioners who want to teach. Participants shadow DIME educators, assist during live classes, and then lead a classroom themselves.

The DIME Clinical Spa is the hands-on training space where enrolled students perform treatments under direct supervision of licensed instructors. Services are performed within Nevada State Board scope of practice, and appointments may run slightly longer than a traditional spa visit. Clients can book through GlossGenius, by calling the front desk, or by emailing the business. Program information requests receive a response within up to 48 hours. Pay-over-time financing is available through Cherry, with 0% APR options.

Education comes first, with treatments delivered by students under licensed instructor supervision and within state board scope of practice.
