Prepaid services can be redeemed within a year of purchase, and prepayments can be refunded within five days, though services already received cannot be refunded. Unopened skincare can be returned in its original packaging within 30 days. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged, training course payments are non-refundable, and after a card or CareCredit payment problem, payment must be made in cash.
