Micro K-Tip installs begin with a required complimentary consultation. The install includes custom color and texture matching, personalized placement, the full installation, a blending haircut, styling and aftercare recommendations. They use roughly 80 to 150 grams of premium human hair, depending on length and fullness, and extra density, specialty textures or additional hair may cost more. Installation-related issues within 14 days are corrected at no charge, and the business recommends wearing K-Tip or Hot Fusion extensions for about 10 to 16 weeks.

Beyond installs, the menu covers extension removal for Tape-In, Weft, K-Tip and Ice Fusion extensions, including ones placed elsewhere, and reinstallation of Micro K-Tip extensions with reusable hair. Color services, women's haircuts, wash and styling, and keratin or other hair treatments are also offered. Clients who wear extensions should mention them before booking a keratin or hair treatment. The extensions can be reused with proper care and professional reuse.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Friday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 2 PM.

Extension work is customized rather than following a mass-market method. Bond size and placement are fitted to each client's own hair.
