Each visit starts with a consultation so the stylist can hear what the client is asking for. If a stylist does not know an answer, the salon says they will say so and look into it. Staff teach clients about the products they use rather than pushing sales. New guests booking a first color visit are asked to note their current color and the color they want when they book.

Services are grouped into color, cuts, combined cut-and-color packages, styling, waxing and other services. Cuts are priced by length, with medium-length cuts at $5 and long-length cuts at $10. Color work includes fussy foils priced per foil, full-head and partial highlights, top 10 highlights, balayage and full color balancing. Combined packages pair a haircut with color, highlights or root work.
