Clients can start with a 20-minute video consultation, booked on request, before deciding on a wig or service. Wig work covers styling with hot tools, specialty cuts, lace wig maintenance, custom color for DiamondRose wigs, and several installation methods, from glueless lace fronts and closures to U-part, full lace frontal sew-ins and full lace or 360 lace installs.
Beyond the chair, the brand sells one-of-a-kind wigs and extensions made from raw Cambodian and Malaysian hair, along with Malaysian HD lace frontal wigs and Malaysian virgin human hair. A Diamond Loyalty Program lets members earn points for signing up and for buying a wig, which can be redeemed for percentage discounts on hair products or the lowest-priced item in the cart.
A deposit is required to book. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free; later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit, and a new one is needed to rebook. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may be charged a $40 late fee, if the stylist confirms it.
Custom wig design is the core of the brand, with each piece built around the individual client and offered alongside a video consultation before booking.
