Pedicures are done with sterilized tools, disposable liners and single-use kits. Buffers and files are used once and discarded, and reusable implements are cleaned and sanitized between clients. Hand sanitizer is available at every station, and the salon uses EPA-approved disinfectants.

Changes and cancellations require at least four hours' notice. A deposit may be requested after a no-show or a cancellation made at the last minute. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes after their appointment time may forfeit the booking, and those arriving 15 or more minutes behind schedule may be asked to rebook or to wait until a technician is free. Services are non-refundable, but a client who is unhappy with their service should speak to a manager before leaving, and a redo may be offered within five days for eligible problems such as chipped polish or lifting acrylic. Payment is accepted by cash, credit and debit card, Apple Pay and gift card, and cash payments are priced lower. Electronic gift cards and a loyalty points and rewards program are offered. Children must be supervised at all times.
