Extension sets come in three styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, and the Diamond Classic Set takes about 2 hours at $150. Hybrid sets mix handmade fans, from 3D to 6D, with single extensions in mixed lengths; the Diamond Hybrid Set takes 2 hours at $200. The Half Karat Set takes 1 hour at $95 and lashes the eye from the middle to the outer corner. Extensions start at $85, and lash styles can be arranged on request. Nine trending 2025 looks are offered with no added service charge, so only any add-ons are paid for.

Between full sets, clients can book a Weekly Touch Up for $45, a 35-minute visit for classic, hybrid or volume sets with at least 50% of lashes still attached, within 7 days of the first appointment. Two-week touch ups and three-to-four-week fills are also available for classic and hybrid sets, priced from $65 to $105 depending on the set and how many extensions remain. Lash lifts and tints are offered too: the Diamond Lash Lift is a keratin treatment lasting up to 8 weeks that includes a nourishing aftercare step for $60, and the Diamond Lash Tint uses black dye for a bolder look, lasting up to 8 weeks, for $40. Lash care includes the Sparkling Lash Shampoo for $15, which cleanses and clears debris from extensions, and extension removal for $30.

Add-ons include color lashes and glitter lashes from $10, and lash decals such as butterflies, stars and hearts from $3. Lash extension services can be booked at a mobile location at no extra cost, and other services can be booked as mobile services for an additional premium.

Memberships come in Classic, Hybrid and Volume tiers at $160, $175 and $180, each with a 45-minute visit. Members receive a free welcome touch up, two fills per month, a free birthday fill, and 15% off additional fills, products and upgrades. Unused fills roll over each month, and members are offered first access to new products and services. A membership can be paused for up to 30 days or cancelled at any time. Deposits hold appointments and are applied to the total cost of service, though they are non-refundable. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours ahead; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price.

Diamond Lash also runs training. Diamond Lash Academy 1 is a two-day course costing $600 that includes a kit. Diamond Lash Academy 2 is a two-day course costing $700 that includes a kit and training in lash lifts and tints.
