The salon's owner began practicing hairdressing in 1999 and has more than 23 years of experience. Before running the salon independently, the owner worked on an employer's education team and served as its in-house educator for Bumble and bumble products and styling. The owner began working independently in May 2022, running the salon.

The owner's training covers cutting, styling, color techniques, color formulation and correction, client communication, and public speaking. Color work is a major part of the menu, from all-over color and candy or vibrant colors to balayage, foil highlights, face framing highlights, and platinum blonde services. Platinum blonde virgin applications require a prior consultation.

Haircuts range from a quick express cut for clients with limited time to a signature haircut that adds a head, neck, and shoulder aroma massage, shampoo, conditioner, a hot towel treatment, a scalp health assessment, and a blow dry. A scalp detox and scrub can be added to the signature cut. Bang and neck trims are complimentary for established members, and new guests can also request them.
