The manicure makeovers are built around five levels. The Naked Makeover is a no-color, no-added-strength buff and shine finish that takes about 35 minutes for $35. The Miracle Makeover adds color without added strength. The Opulence Makeover adds minimal strength with soak-off gel color, the Brilliance Makeover adds strength with an overlay or Gel-X, and the Dream Lengths Makeover adds both strength and length with extensions, taking about an hour and a half at a price that varies. Every makeover includes nail cleaning, shaping, cuticle and skin care, a choice of varnish and a moisturizing massage.

Visits run on a few clear rules. Clients should arrive on time, and may come up to 15 minutes early and text to ask whether they can be let in. A client who does not call or show up is cancelled after five minutes without contact, while a late client who communicates has a 10-minute grace period. Each client may bring one additional guest, parking is free, and children and pets are welcome within reason if discussed beforehand.
