Beyond cutting, the salon offers color for men and women, including toner, lowlights, highlights, retouches, double-process color and camo color. It also does braids such as box braids, cornrows, natural hair braids and half or full head braids, plus silk press, keratin smoothing and deep conditioning. Curly hair is cut using the Ouidad method, and the salon lists a Ouidad-certified curly haircut at several lengths.

Visits are by appointment only. New clients need a phone or in-person consultation before they can book. Booking requests require a deposit that is non-refundable, though it can be used once to reschedule, and refunds take three to five days. Rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment forfeits the deposit, and a no-show for an appointment booked within 24 hours is charged in full. Clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule. A waitlist is available for checking updated availability near a preferred time, and questions can be sent by text. Most payment methods are accepted, with a 3% fee on card payments. The salon is open Tuesday and Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday 9:30 am to 6 pm, Friday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

The salon says it aims to give clients its best by keeping up with new trends and products, and it requires a consultation before a new client's first booking.
